The stay was great and the staff were very nice and professional. One observation was that the reservation was for the balcony and the actual hotel room was different. The spa and the hotel pool were very pleasant and clean. The front desk personnel were excellent providing service and guiding us. Location very convenient.

The hotel and staff were magnificent! The location felt remote which was a plus and a minus. It was very quiet and relaxing. We wish there were more restaurants in our neighborhood.

nice place, close to lots of amenities

Our family stayed for 8 nights at the Ayala apartments and it was so lovely. The staff is so kind, the neighborhood has everything and the pool was a fabulous way to unwind in the evening. We would go back! Definitely stay here if you’re going to Madrid!!!

Amazing Properties, hice apartamento with hotel services

Stayed with some friends for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the amenities the property had to offer. There is a market nearby and we liked being able to keep snacks and drinks on hand. The pool/spa was a bonus! We used it more than once.

We had a great stay here! Front desk was so helpful and responsive when we had questions. The apartment was so comfortable!

COMPLAIN WAS THE MATTRESS, ITS NOT CONFORTABLE

The building is beautiful, very well mantained and the decor in the apartments is very nice and comfortable.

This place is perfect if you want to feel local in your own apartment but still with the commodities of a hotel. Great place!

The apartment and the front desk support is great. Feels like you are living até the neighbourhood filled with restaurants and shops.

Terrific apartment/hotel. Loaded with amenities ie. Laundry equipment/fully functioning kitchen. Right by Wizink Center.

El staff súper amable! El cuarto tiene cortinas black out por lo que puedes descansar incluso de día! Todo está prácticamente cerca! El gimnasio lo reservas entonces es para ti solamente! Volvería! 10/10
