Beautiful new facility.

Usually I like places that are older and smaller, but the location could not be beat.

Beautiful property in a great location. Modern and well decorated. Great roof-top terrasse and spa. Nice and welcoming staff.

Very pleasant place to stay. Staff was very friendly & professional. Walking distance to City Center. Will stay again next time I visit Eisenstadt.

In a great location right across from Esterhazy castle. Beautiful hotel. Very artsy touches. Breakfast very pricey- €34/person. But otherwise all good.

The television could not be used, as the remote wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the hotel likes to have events in its rooftop bar with music playing so loud that it can be heard in the guests‘ rooms. I have raised the issue previously with reception, but the hotel hasn’t taken any action about it.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. It is located directly across from the Esterhazy Palace, so it's convenient if you are visiting this beautiful spot. The full breakfast was delicious, with all the options one could wish for. It would be nice if the restaurant offered more vegetarian dishes on their dinner menu. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean with good amenities.

This was a clean, modern hotel in the center of the town. Easy access from highway. It was quiet. There was a restaurant and smoking bar. The staff was helpful. There was an attached parking garage 23 Euros per night for much seemed a bit high considering parking in Graz and Vienna. Dining area was spacious and staff courteous. The dinner presentation was nice. Food was both overly salty and overly sweet. Breakfast was nice and what you would expect good variety.

This hotel is superbly located across the street from the palace. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Room somewhat small but adequate for our 3 nite stay. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly. We would stay here again.

I asked the kitchen staff upon arrival about gluten free options because I have Celiac Disease. They made sure to have warm gluten free bread for me for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was outstanding.

Located directly opposite of the Esterhazy castle the location is impressive. The roof top bar is open until midnight, even if it gets chilly. Hotel room condition and all other things I saw looked pretty nice and clean. When staying in Eisenstadt again, I will choose the same hotel.
