Unfriendly receptionist & bad service of the team.

Very good place, clean and the staff are nice. They're very helpful and there's a shuttle to the BTS. It's worth the money.

I stayed here for one night. Overall the hotel is clean, the room is quiet small but clean and quiet. The hotel is far from the BTS station but they offer a shuttle service at certain times in a day.

Clean, beautiful, spacious and comfortable room

The hotel is lovely, cozy, and quite well. The room has a nice views and is quite modern and tidy. The BTS and MRT are a little bit away from the area. To get to the hotel, you must walk for around 10 minutes. The breakfast waiters and receptionists are unfriendly. They have never once smiled in my presence. The bellboy was helpful in assisting us with our stuff and was friendly. My room was changed since it had a terrible toilet smell. Swimming pool is quite small. Breakfast is not value with the price.
