Great location in old town area, lots of cafes, bars restaurants all very local. Hotel is several buildings amalgamated which means up stairs and down stairs to get to some rooms. Room basic but clean.

This is an exceptional hotel in an ideal location. We were extremely happy to have found this delightful hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and it was so easy to get to anywhere in the old city. The Location was perfect.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location just inside the old town. Really convenient to see the sights and explore the city. Really good size spotlessly clean bedroom, and lovely bathroom, liked the underfloor heating.

Lovely room and great location—everything was within easy walking distance without being too much in the middle of noise and busyness. Breakfast had lots of good options. Loved the balcony and warm bathroom floors.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3-4 times, when I started it was brand new. Now you can tell some wear & tear has happened, there were stains on the curtains in our room, very uncomfortable pillows and they would only provide 1 bottle of free water per stay, not per day which was very weird. Overall it’s good, great location and the rooms were clean, has elevator.

The location is just absolutely awesome and walking distance to the key spots in Old Town. There are a lot of eating out options around the hotel as well. Rooms are sufficiently clean though the interiors can be a bit a jarring in terms of lots of gold/other ostentatious fitments in the room (presumably to give a “palace” feel to us lesser mortals!!).
