Everything was very nice and clean, we loved our stay in this hotel. Only thing to mention is there was only half a door in the shower, the water was spilling out because of that, I guess that’s a new trend but it caused us a mess. The staff was a 10/10.

The rooms are basic but clean and perfect if you’re just gonna use it to sleep and shower, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

The hotel it’s beautiful, 1st room we got wasn’t the one promised, only 2 full size beds not queen, and a small tv, 2nd room next day much nicer, but no parking, no AC, no hot water and we had a 3 year old, on the 1st night I was told it was a room for 4 people, I booked all, a car- hotel and plain, on a pack on this app, so I was forced to pay for 2 more people, same night I asked if I could get another room because it was same amount I was charged for 2 extra people, I was told not till the next morning to get a manager’s authorization, in the morning I was told, I had to do it the night before because all got processed through the night system and can’t be reverse or modified. So I had to rent another room for 2 more days.

This place is not a hotel or even a motel . I got no spare pillow ,even when was a bunch of empty rooms . I booked a room with double bed but I found one bed only . The ceiling fan never works - the AC attached to the wall ,was tripping the whole time and when I went out and came back, somebody turned off . We were at 95!!! degrees -98% humidity The room has two showers and none worked; asking to replace one ,the water only came super hot ,like you can do tour coffee in the shower . One of the showers has a small whole from the roof letting all the heat weather coming in the room,wonder why my shower and room was always hot . The maid took my blanket away and never bringing back,I had a dry towel as a blanket for 5 days . I had a chair missing one screw ,I felt to the ground and almost break my arm .. People who work there ,just smile to all this situations . I requested since the beginning to be in one of the first floor rooms because I had an injury in my left foot ;nobody knew about that request and the offer was switching room next day . So,wait ; all this place have the same rooms ? Like is no double bed at all!?? I don’t know fromwhere this place is a 3 starts resort. Doesn’t have laundry either . Now I know why it was not guests at the property . I hope somebody go and inspect that place ,the place has 8 or 9 photos in Expedia ;at least 4 are real ,the other ones are the same but in different angles . Do not book here !

The service is excellent, very friendly, the young man from there is a very comfortable pool. Only when we left, we looked at a mouse coming out and hiding in one of the wooden frames, the mouse was super small, who could face to enter the doors of the rooms.

It’s okay for Passing true the Downtown

Location is the the biggest plus for this property. Colonial architecture was delightful, staff was semi supportive but very stringent with the rules. Kitchen personnel was the most supportive. If you want to visit the center of Merida, this property has great walk ability factor. However, be aware that you may encounter some bugs throughout your stay. 1 or 2 nights max stay is ideal, anything more requires patience and resilience.

Don’t get me wrong, this hotel is pretty basic. What I loved about it was the location, the building itself, the pool go for a dip after a hot day of walking and most of all, the staff. Isabel at the front desk was wonderful. My compliments to Armando as well for his kindness. Housekeeping, maintenance, the breakfast chef… all the staff was very kind. Thanks for 2 great stays!

Hotel Ho is a very pretty hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The pool was a super addition to my 3 night stay. Also, being able to have breakfast there at the hotel in the courtyard especially if you are headed out on an early excursion. Armando really stood out to me as a very pleasant, dedicated employee. Thanks for the great stay!

The girl that checked us in English speaking was wonderful on the Friday afternoon , the girl on desk Saturday morning was very rude and lacking people skills, I would never stay there again , the bed was extremely hard like sleeping on a bed of cement, was not a pleasant experience at all, as far as I’m concerned there was just the one girl that was great the rest need to go to classes on how to treat people

Very quaint boutique hotel. Very inexpensive breakfast. Great parking. Lovely courtyard and small pool area with lounge chairs. Rooms on smallish side but had everything you needed. No glasses, faceclothes or hair dryer. Had a musty odour. But really enjoyed our stay. So close to grand plaza and san Bernito market.

Room was clean and quiet. We were located in the back near the pool, a perfect location. Nice off street parking.

The room was very dark. They need another light in there. The bathroom didn't have much hot water, which in all fairness isn't that uncommon for Mexico. And there was no shower curtain so water got on the floor. Also, found a few hairs in the bed. The courtyard was pretty and the front desk girl was very nice. We stayed one night and I think it's fine for a one night stay.
