We loved our stay !

We stayed for 7 days and we never had working AC or hot water or towels . Would not recommend

It’s good. Still being put together but fine, close enough to the beach but we were glad not to be too close with the sargassum smell

Exactly what I was looking for. A nice, modern apartment, WiFi worked, AC worked, a proper gym and really nice pool. Bar on the roof with the games on TV - perfect stay

If I new there was no running water, to use the bathroom and to take a shower, I would not stay there even if it was FREE. That’s beyond 3rd World , that’s more like Cuba or Haiti or something like that. It’s true it was 2 blocks from the Beach, but, it doesn’t matter what beach you go, there is a mountain of rotten Seaweed like I’ve never seen before.

Nice location, good staff

Run from this hotel, no AC working or WiFi in my room. I requested a maintenance check for 3 nights with no luck. Front desk staff very rude and disrespectful. Management was unable to provide a simple fan or mobile AC for any of the nights in the heat. Expedia transfer us to another location with the exemplar facilities Las Golondrinas hotel. Be careful if you booked this residential hotel.

The building advertised laundry but the laundry machines and dryers were in operable for months. The internet was sporadic at best. There was a leak in the ceiling dripping down into the bathroom. The floor was flooded, ceiling paint falling down and outlets were getting wet. No response from management or owner to do anything about it. I had a 2 br suite, not worth it at all. One pot, one pan and the kitchen was a disaster.

Easy check in. Had a cute balcony. Spacious suite. The rooftop was the highlight of the hotel. 3 pools with a view. Walking distance from 5th. Antonio was a great host and communicated issues with their internet issues. Unfortunately I had no connection while I was there. Antonio was friendly and shared a few vouchers to compensate. Small gestures go a long way. Would definitely recommend.

This room was not what was in the photos and only had 1 exit .aking it a fire hasard to stay there. The gost undestood and cancelled the reservation. I had to move back into the palm hotel. Please make sure i am not charged for this.

Location, view, parking. ..todo bien.

My room got flooded had to find other accommodations on my own and had to pay out of pocket because they couldn't accommodate me they said they were fully booked
