The service was excellent, as well as amenities. We lost power during the first night, though we got it right back. Staff was friendly, breakfast service was excellent. The recreational activities were a nice touch, and we really enjoyed bingo night! Bar service was nice, and the pools were always clean. Will definitely go back!

Hotel crew are very nice, the hotel has an excellent location near the water. Super clean and you can see crew moving around the hotel always making sure is all ok.

Great place to stay.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, nice bar area with music, and beach seating. The staff was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms had good AC and comfortable beds. However, the showers were not very nice. There was no hot water and the shower had no shower head when the water came out. The spa was also under maintenance and they had not alternative option. I had to go to a different hotel to get my massage. I probably will not stay here again.

I liked the Ocean view, also the place is safe. Things that didn't like, smoke detectors bipping day and night. Loud music started too early in the morning

Beautiful beach resort! Entire staff super friendly and helpful. Lost my bracelet at the pool area next morning my bracelet was returned. Will be returning. Had a wonderful stay!

En general es un buen hotel. Malo que a la hora de ingresar nos cobraron el IVA y si bien estaba en la condiciones debería incluirse en el pago total. Las habitaciones son estándar. El baño regular. Positivo que hacen aseo todos los días y que el hotel tiene restaurante, café, sauna, tueco, spa, heladería y boutique. Las piscinas son amplias y limpias. Esta bien mantenido. Mi calificación 7.5 / 10
