Nice property although the shared living spaces were a little noisy.

This is a B&B like set up but without breakfast. All 4 units are on the 2nd floor. The beds are comfortable and clean. Our room(Stags) is nicely decorated but has a slanted ceiling. It was easy to bump our heads. One would never believe it, I forgot to load my suitcase into our rental car. I didn't find out until I returned the car at the airport. This ruined my Dublin trip since I had no change of clothes and medicines for 3 days. I mailed and phoned the owner, left messages despitely for 3 days. I never received a response. Luckily, my suitcase was still in the landing area when I went back to retrive it.

good weekend stop

There was everything we need in the room for our one night stay. Very comfortable beds and beddings. Very quiet at night. Appreciate very much the map sent to us to locate the premise since it was tricky to find the location.

We had a great time, room was clean, tidy and spacious. Our boys loved the bunk beds . There were plenty of books, games and activities to do while we wer in the room. The owner was very helpful and always available to answer any queries . We had a great time

A very comfortable place with very nice owners.

Fab location, really nice place. Would recommend. Maybe just check with the owner when the heating is due to come on. We didn't think to and it was cold. Other than that had a good stay.

Fantastic location. Lovely room with everything you could need. Really friendly staff. Great to have garden for kids too. Tullie restaurant next door is fab for breakfast.

Scrupulously clean and great for a larger family. Great to have basic facilities to heat food too. Lovely garden and communal area. The accommodation is in the loft so a bit tricky for my 6 foot 2 husband. The toiletries were a nice touch too. There is a pub next door do be aware that there may be some noise on a weekend evening. Otherwise, perfect and great value for money.

Our hostess was engaging and kind, giving helpful ideas for where to eat and what to do during our short stay. Very family-friendly property with bright and colorful decor. Spiral staircase was unique and fun in general but slightly tricky when maneuvering up or down with luggage. Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to lay our heads during our journey!

I know Balloch well and was looking for somewhere to stay when I visited family. There would be nothing I could really complain about central location next to train station, it’s right beside a bar so did get a little noisy at kicking out time but no different from a city centre hotel, host was good showed me to room and left. She also sent me a number of instructions before hand about finding the place etc so communication was good. It was clean and tidy , beds comfy and right on the gateway to the highlands it’s a good place as a base

Really friendly and helpful host. Location is great, room is small but exactly as explained and seen in the photos. Clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Parfait en tout point... La chambre d'hôtes est très propre, spacieuse et le confort de la literie et le meilleur que nous ayons eu lors de nos voyages. Le logement est idéalement placé dans la ville.

I am sorry to say that to me this place is not relevant for B&B. To be fact-based: 1-Access is like entering someone's home, I felt I was intrusing, by the garden 2- Welcome was made by phone when foreigners do not understand local English. Not cool 3- Kind of unplanned, no designated room, no bed sheets, no heating 4- Finally the lady popped in like she was annoyed receiving us. 5- More importantly, don't rent this place on the weekend, the bar next to the room is having parties, with shouting people until 4 am. I am in the end quite upset against the owner as well as Expedia which does not qualify the owners professionally. This for 136€ the night this is not acceptable
