The hotel is in a perfect location, with a stunning view of the city. Easy access to the hotel, and helpful staff. The only downside was that the spa wasn't working.

The stay was wonderful. There was a small mix up at check in. They offered us an upgrade for a modest up charge with the promise of a river view. We said yes and then had to wait a few minutes for the room. When we got to the room we had a view of tile roofs. We switched back to our original booking which ironically had a river view (which was gorgeous).

The service is outstanding. They are quietly there always ready to help. They go far and beyond to make you comfortable. Every else - the property, the room, the restaurant, the location is excellent too

Amazing hotel with great service from the moment you arrive, check in, a small meal at the bar and even when departing at 5am. Highly recommended.

Beautiful facility within easy walking distance fo the charming village of Blois. Staff is smiling, friendly and best of class. Enjoy the restaurants while there - they are superb.

Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors. Beautiful hotel in the middle of Loir valley, we used it as base to travel to all Castles around the area. Great service, beautiful spa and great breakfast, although very expensive

Wonderful place. Staff is extremely professional. Rooms are well designed and spacious. Restaurants especially the 2-star Michelin is a must-do experience . Breakfast is very basic for such a hotel. Should have more options like vegetables, salads and more cheese options. Spa is small and noisy
