Nice place to cool for me

Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Beds were quite comfortable and the design of the hotel was nice. The blackout blinds were helpful! Easy enough to get a bus into San Sebastián. Breakfast was tasty. Cleaners in our room did a great job. A few things would have made it better/really good- we had a young baby and they could have offered to help us with washing bottles etc. They cleared breakfast away either before, or exactly at the time they said it would finish (normally you get a bit of leeway in other hotels if you turn up 5-10 mins before the end!). The sink in our room was also not securely attached to the wall and they provided tea bags but no kettle. In summary- generally good but I would have hoped for a little bit more given the cost of the room.

Overall was fantastic, hotel was very clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend.

Comfortable room and very helpful staff

The room was nice and very clean, but it was very small and an odd layout of walking into the bathroom and shower area first thing when you open the door. The toilet is in a separate space with a door but it is every bit as tiny as an airplane bathroom. Your knees touch the wall. The shower is a glass wall and it is in the center of the room so there is no privacy at all. Parking was supposed to be included with the stay according to the website but then it was 15 euros when we got there. The location is nice. Easy access to bus in public transportation and a short drive to old town. It is in a very hilly area so keep that in mind if walking.

Rooms are excellent. Comfortable beds and powerful shower. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a residential area with not much nearby. There is a bus stop directly outside and you can be in the old town in about 20 minutes using this.

Property was well kept and breakfast was great.

My sister and I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastián. The hotel is absolutely impeccable — spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially want to highlight the young woman at the front desk during the day — she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Good size double bed,air conditioning,efficient and friendly staff

Great stay, room was clean and the staff was very helpful! We appreciated the guidance with taxis, and the bus was right outside the door.
