I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The service was truly second to none—every member of staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and offered fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, and hidden gems nearby. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm, attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel itself delivered a luxury experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a romantic couple’s getaway. Whether we were unwinding in our beautiful room or exploring the local area with the staff’s expert guidance, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for anyone seeking a high-end, memorable escape. We can’t wait to return.

We came for a wedding which was beautiful and magical

In my opinion, this hotel was very over-rated. When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. The room was nice and clean but the heating and aircon didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t connect and the tv couldn’t connect to any services such as Netflix We were only one of 3 tables eating in the restaurant and the food was lovely but far overpriced for what it was. Again the service in the restaurant was great, very attentive-almost too much. I think overall the atmosphere was the big let down in the hotel overall and the restaurant. To Note, the pool is €62.50 pp for a couple of hours, this doesn’t include any treatment and must be booked in advanced-they said we should have received an email with this pointed out to us but we never got anything-unless you are going for the spa-there is very little else to do with no hang out areas to read a book etc

Two problems for us. First it advertises it has a gym - on arrival they told us it had been taken down. Second you cant use the spa unless you pay 62 euros each for either a morning or afternoon session.

Thought this was a spa-“Relax Hotel” as the tag implies. Use of pool, spa facilities cost extra and they are rigid about times when you can purchase usage. Water was extra cost, worst meat we’ve had in Italy ( though we were comped one meal) and the air conditioning kept us up all night malfunctioning with noise turning on and off.

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and nice restaurant and great breakfast.

This is a very nice property, but be aware that the spa is not included in the price that you pay for the hotel. The spa is the only reason we stayed at this hotel, so that was a bit disappointing, especially when they charge 50 euro per person for spa access and you can only go within very specific three hour time slots. Bottom line, knowing what I know now, I would have saved some money and stayed somewhere else. Nice place though.

Needs a lot of help in the wellness department, felt very short of what I expected

Everything was perfect if you want a romantic place to relax. Staff was great, service high class. Rooms are cosy, food is great and location of the hotel is exceptional. We will be back in December, i really want to see this place in winter time!

Spaen er super dejlig og skønne faciliteter. Du kan ikke besøge spaen på afrejsedag og noget af personalet er ikke så imødekommende. De har travlt til morgenmaden og glemmer derfor kaffe eller bestillinger.

Struttura bellissima, curata, moderna. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camere confortevoli con grande bagno, anche la Spa bellissima e rilassante. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e vari. Gli unici due aspetti da migliorare a mio parere sono: la temperatura delle stanze, troppo alta e impossibile da regolare e qualche lettino in più nella spa, che se sfruttata a pieno numero, si rischia di non trovare mai un lettino libero per potersi rilassare.

Super schönes Hotel, tolle Anlage mit super Wellness und hervorragendem Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
