Generally a good experience for the money

What a treat to stay in one of the Phi Hotel apartments in the heart of Bologna. Comfortable, clean with lots of room and well equipped kitchen- with lots of coffee. Serviced every day. Reception in hotel very helpful.

Got the offsite apartment about ½ block away. Nice clean 1 BR loft which is good for younger folks that don’t mind lots of stairs. The apartment comes with a kitchen and the complimentary Prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch. Only wished the apartment had better or rather brighter lighting.

Excellent location and the apartment was elegant, spacious, beautifully styled in a minimalist and non-cluttered way. Service was excellent and breakfast is served until 11am!

A nice compact apartment in central Bologna. Easy check in and pleasant service from the staff.

They initially put us in a dark dingy apartment - there was nothing superior about it. When I asked for a bathtub, they offered us an attic room in the main hotel instead. I was not trying to be difficult and proposed that they make up for the price difference by adding breakfast to our stay. They clearly didn’t want to do that. And amazingly enough, a better apartment (I think they have only 3) became available. So 2-hours after our arrival we managed to settle in for a short overnight stay. It was unnecessary exhausting!

We stayed in a very cute and spacious apartment on the third floor, nicely equipped as well. Staff were supper nice and helpful. Too bad we had planned to stay one night only.

Excellent breakfast. The apartment nr. 5 was in a worse condition, compared to pictures and descriptions. Tap was loose. Bath shower head was in a bad condition. Iron defect, the same the iron board.

Magnifique Hotel/Appartement situé tout proche du centre historique. Appartement splendide avec beaucoup de cachet sis dans une ancienne bâtisse à 2 pas de la réception de l'hôtel et du garage. Idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.
