Great hotel! I like it. Will be back if I stay in Jkt.

The check-in process took too long with the excuse of preparing the room even though check-in time was 3:00 PM and check-out time was 12:00 PM. So the excuse that the room wasn't ready seemed to be made up.

Very good hotel and I will come back to stay.

The room is cool, clean and cozy.

The hotel staff was very friendly and allowed early check-in. The hotel is unique and fun.

Spotless, staff were friendly and warm. Breakfast variety is okay, kinda limited. Layout is kinda confusing, probably just me. But overall, it's a great breakfast! Wifi is fast and stable, perfect for working if you need. The view is alright, but still pretty. Will come again!

Loved the aesthetic of the rooms! The living room in the Extra Large room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Will definitely come back!

The room was unique and playful.

The food wasn't very varied. When we wanted breakfast, we had to queue for 40 minutes because it was full, and then many of the food was empty. Even omelets took an hour.

25h hotel is located inside Ashta Building. The hotel itself has its own drop-off & concierge, and is connected to the ground floor of Ashta mall by its in-house shop (25things). The reception is located on the L floor. When you walk into the lobby, you’ll get that funky unique vibe. The lobby lounge has its own tree house cage that can be used for coworking space. The interior design is leaning towards maximalist, patterns crossing each other, multiple colors blending, alien shaped furniture. But hey, we already got too much of the classic 5-star hotel. It’s time for a maximalist funky 5-star hotel to shine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🤖🙌🏻 The Oddbird bar is very unique and posh, with a high ceiling and phoenix ornament hanging above the bar. The seatings are comfortable too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the drink. We stay at the medium plus urban room. Of course, the bedroom also breathes the 25h gene into the interior. Very maximalist but still pleasant to the eye. Basic 5-star hotel amenities are there. The soap and shampoo are from Oaken Lab, a local brand. The breakfast at Copa restaurant is enjoyable. The food is nice, although the variety of the menu is quite limited compared to another 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the SPA was closed due to Eid holiday, so I didn’t get to try. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay in 25h hotel.

The staff is friendly and check in and check out is hassle-free.

The complete package is all okay, I've stayed here twice and have never been disappointed, especially with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Stay for a couple of days, very good hotel

Stayed February 3–5 with a friend; we checked in together. My friend was upgraded while I was not. I understand upgrades depend on availability, but the difference in treatment was unexpected and disappointing, especially given we arrived and checked in at the same time. A clearer explanation from the staff would have been appreciated.
