Staff friendliness and the location.

Room was beautiful but extremely hot ! Had to open the windows to cool it down

Gostei muito do hotel pois é bem localizado. Café da manhã muito bom e os garçons super simpáticos. Mas, a recepcionista que tem o cabelo mais escuro é de uma antipatia enorme. A maior dificuldade em dar as informações é uma cara feia olhando pra gente. Eu tinha até receio em perguntar alguma coisa para ela. Também não gostei muito da limpeza pois não arrumaram nem a minha cama direito. A xícara que usei para tomar o chá não limpavam… Se não fosse isso estava perfeito.

Great stay, great location

Very nice hotel with a decent pool and saunas. Although it's rated as 3-star, I would say you can find 4 star hotels in Eastern Europe that are worse. Breakfast is delicious and with a lot of choices. Near city center, very convenient. Staff is nice. Can't ask for more.

This was a lovely new hotel. Free parking, best breakfast ever and room was large and clean. Great shower. Bees not overly comfortable though Husband loves the onsite sauna and pool

Good service reception staff were polite lvana and Osioja especially. Pool and gym was very good. Food was nice and always hot.

Front desk staff and all dining staff were so respectful and professional. Clean and well cared for property. Spa staff and spa were exceptional!

We were placed in a room on the 5th floor without air conditioning, that's the only bad thing.

The only draw back was the fact that property does not have AC units! We have stayed at this hotel during heat spell! Sleeping was very uncomfortable.

The good: Free parking, breakfast ahas lots of options (3.5/5 on quality), close to downtown but quiet. There is a pool, sauna, steam room. They are pretty small but serve their purpose. The bad: Rooms on 4th floor have support beams going through them at an angle. You have to duck underneath them to get to one side of the bed. 5th floor has no elevator access. The rooms have bad sound isolation. You hear everything.
