NO TELEPHONE IN ROOM As an older customer felt very vulnerable not to be able to contact the desk in an emergency In order to get your room cleaned, you have to tell the desk before 10 o’clock at night There was a chip/French fry in the corridor outside my room. It was still there when I was leaving four days later. The pillows were thin and an adequate. the towels equally as thin certainly not fluffy. Bedside table small and unstable no drawers to put clothes in Hello good disable shower, however no shelf to put shampoo etc on

Highly recommend this hotel and the dining options were good but we were diverted to another part of the bar as the hotel restaurant was supposed to be full - which it wasn't. Breakfast was excellent. The area around the hotel wasn't inviting and the dining options were limited.

Beautiful new and modern property, great staff and amazing views. The included breakfast was excellent! Only thing I would improve is having more slots for the Jacuzzi available only thing I would improve is having more slots for the Jacuzzi available, If you plan to use do so well ahead of time.

I just really enjoy this hotel! From the amazing views to the rooftop hot tub to the very pleasant and helpful staff, I no longer consider any other hotels in town. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. I've never had any issues with cleanliness. They have a great gym and a very good breakfast. The attached restaurant is also quite good. Location is pretty perfect in terms of getting around and, though it is a bit tight, it's nice that they have a parking deck underneath. My suitcase got lost for a couple of days and I was FASCINATED to learn that the Quality actually has rental workout attire for a VERY good price! It is the only reason I had a change of clothes for my first day in town.

New hotel, all the modern facilities you would expect from The Quality Hotel, superb breakfast options, sat TV modern and clean bathroom facilities. Staff friendly and helpful and ease of access from bus/train station as it’s literally over the road, this was reassuring when I arrived late at night. Would definitely stay again, although is expensive and there are cheaper options available in locality.

Our room had a maintenance issue. Lights in bathroom would not turn off. Hanging glass globe light fixture over the bed had a large piece of glass missing and had additional cracks. We were able to move to another room however it was a much smaller room and no reduction in the rate was available when requested. Wonderful location and breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Would stay again as the room issue was a 1 time thing.

We were in a corner room on the fifth floor that had a stunning view of the lake!

Loved the view of the lake. The tile in the shower was sloped toward the threshold, so the bathroom floor got soaked with each shower.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay before driving on to Stockholm. Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of the lake. Everything was as you’d expect from a high quality hotel. The only things that made our stay a little disappointing was the air conditioning in the room was very slow to adjust so our room was too hot and the lifts were very busy especially at breakfast times and then people with cases and baby buggies, the hotel has 17 floors so not surprising

Although the hot tub has limited hours, I genuinely appreciate and enjoy this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathrooms and ample storage space. And the views are phenomenal! The staff has always been kind and helpful. Great breakfast, too. Super convenient to busses and trains. Close to lots of food and shopping options.

Loved the hotel and it's location. Directly on the second largest lake in Sweden and walking distance from Jönköping city center. Friendly and extremely responsive staff. Very pleasant surprise!

I've typically stayed at another local hotel till now and I'm THRILLED to have the Quality as an option now. In addition to having a good restaurant attached (albeit slow service and a touch pricey), the gym is really great, the rooms are spacious and have amazing views, the staff was very friendly, and the parking is attached. It'll be my new go-to, for sure!

Very comfy stopover spot. Room was pretty tight with the couch folded out but overall had a nice stay. Our kids loved the floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast spread was great.
