The staff was very accommodating. My reservations was premade so they had everything ready for me. They had us on the top second floor, but we asked if we could have a room floor. There are more than gracious to give it to us love that the room was so nice and clean too big king size beds. We only need one for me and my husband, I put do not disturb, but they actually still came in and cleaned the room which was surprising but still OK they added more water. The amenities were super sweet and just overall beautiful relaxing calm area five minutes from the airport which was fantastic. Definitely loved. Will stay again in the new future with our family.

Two moths were flying around in the room. Several dead bugs on the floor.

All was great but the pillows, was smell really bad, looks like they just change the pillow cover, and never wash the pillows.

We had cockroaches coming out from shower drainage

The place is old and in need of new furniture. Bed is hard and the tv doesn't work properly. Next room had a party and music till early morning and the area its not safe.

La habitación con muchos detalles, el aire acondicionado suena como motor de disel. Las puertas fe cristal del baño truenan y da miedo que se vallan a quebrar. El desagüe de la regadera y lavabo tapados con pelos. Una lampara de pie rota y desvaratandose. Sali en la noche como a las 9 al oxxo a un lado y en el estacionamiento del hotel gente de obia mala procedencia fumando marihuana. En el gimnasio la musica alta ya tarde con gente igual de mala facha. No solo su look pero si distingues cuando gente no se dedica a hacer bien.

Muy buen lugar,los cuartos limpios,camas muy cómodas,cerca de lugares turísticos como cerro del cubilete Guanajuato centro Leon Guanajuato etc.

Todo muy bien, es.super conveniente para ir al aeropuerto. Camas cómodas lo único es que luego hay algo de ruido en la noche.
