Good place to stay, the only thing is, our room was a room near of the restaurant and the movement in the restaurant start to early in the morning and you can hear everything

The service was terrible and they take advantage of people that are not from the area they charge for everything,they charged me for towels and pillowcases and they also kept my passport until i left the room im not coming back to this hotel again

La cama estaba algo dura. Vendría bien que pusieran un cubre colchón para que la cama se sienta más cómoda.

The property is located in Downtown Villahermosa. We arrived late and we struggle to find the entrance. The parking lot was closed, too. Until we found a ring bell on the wall, someone from the front desk came out to open the gate.

Family room does have separated sleeping area was good rest not hearing other person

Todo bien excepto gritos de otros clientes a los que tuve que pedir por favor que bajaran la voz, que un hotel no es un sitio para hacer fiestas privadas, hay otros clientes. Supongo que fue un caso aislado

Les hace falta mantenimiento al aire acondicionado, capacitación al personal , déspotay apático , sin olvidar que hay quienes no saben de atención al cliente ,. Estuve en las instalaciones desde las 10 am y hasta las 13 horas pude hacer checkin , bueno , así lo marca el reglamento, a pesar de que les iae mension de que Hiba llegando de un viaje en carretera de más de 15 horas , exactamente 18 .. En ningún momento me dieron la atención para descansar, argumentando que no había habitación disponible y que el checkin sería hasta las 3 y que estaban en proceso de limpieza de las habitaciones,. Una ves en la habitación, parecía que tenía días sin movimientos, las toallas tiesas y el aire acondicionado polvoso , ovbio no se había ocupado en días !! Todo esto me causo molestia pero realmente lo que deseaba era descansar.. No agradezco al hospedaje y pondría la calificación más baja pero quizá estén acostumbrados a ello ..

Excelente atención, personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar, la Hab limpia y ordenada, lo mejor son los desayunos. Te hacen sentir en casa

L'accueil était très agréable, la chambre était propre mais a besoin d amour, la salle de bain était elle très propre, le petit dejeuner était très bien, au final un très bon rapport qualité prix

Person nefasto mas la chica de reseccion la una palabra que se sabe es noce agua caliente me dijo se toca bien si no estam fallando los boiler en la habitación no avia cable no servio el aparato de roku y lo uno que la chiga desia noce lo unico rescatable esque la habitacion si esta limpia cama mesa baño todo limpio

Todos desde recepción, fue una chica muy amable, hasta el restaurant bastante llenador, no pido lujos por lo que pagué pero agradezco limpieza y que el baño sea amplio, gracias
