Location is strategic and you can use link bridge to go to the garden mall/Mid Valley. Lounge access is downstairs and food is nice and delicious. For breakfast you need to go level 1 restaurant to take it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Amari Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — especially the cozy bed and the great city view. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. What stood out most was the excellent hospitality from the team — every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the restaurant, was genuinely courteous and professional especially En Raja and En Siva at the front desk. The location was also perfect, close to great dining options and easy access to public transport. Overall, Amari Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be back for my next trip.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel location is very convenient. Hotel breakfast provided a wide range of choices like Western and Asian dishes. Room was clean, spacious, modern and tidy. Mid Valley shopping mall, The Gardens Mall, KL Eco City Mall and a lot of cafes, restaurants are just a stone away. It was just a walking distance to go shopping and hunting for food.

The room is clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and has many choices. The view at the pool area is very beautiful. The service is very good.

Service and hospitality from the staffs were great. Only that I noticed that the towel in my room even though it was newly changed had a stain. Hopefully linen staffs will be extra careful next time.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 2-night stay here. We will be back when we have to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Keep up the great service and maintain a great and clean room. Also, keep the breakfast excellent.

Really friendly staff, super helpful and accommodating. Loved the club room - free evening cocktails, 3pcs laundry per day and mini bar. Breakfast was good - full range of offerings and very decent coffee. The hotel is in a new part of Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur Eco City) so it's surroundings are pretty quiet and empty. It's across the street from Midvalley - a good 10 minute or 10RM grab ride. Just across the street from Hassanudin Abdalah station (or something like that) on the Kelana Jaya line. Overall a very good stay. Make sure to activate your Grab app cause private car transport/cab hailing is not easily accessible around Kuala Lumpur.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very varied and of good quality. Basically it 's pretty good and comfortable for those of us who need to rest.
