Room was clean. Has basic items needed. They were slow giving me the check in instructions. Very friendly in person. Near all the sights.

Location location location. Everything would’ve been 5 stars the only issue was the hot water heater. It literally last for 5 minutes. And that was with being conservative with it. One had to shower in the morning the other at night. We made it work but was a little annoying. Great places to eat in the area and not to far from the apartment. The kitchen was fine but we didn’t use it. The refrigerator was great.

Quaint apt. in a historic part of town that is UNESCO certified. Very convenient for walking and experiencing the history and food of Coimbra!

Nice big room, clean, nice facilities

We had the Deluxe Studio and as soon as we arrived we could see how immaculate it was. Bright, beautifully decorated, clean, perfect size for a short stay, fridge/freezer a huge bonus, good size bathroom, table and chairs good for eating and playing cards, nice balcony view to the outside, easy to find and excellent owner - thank you Ricardo for a perfect stay.

Perfect cultural location

Impeccably clean. Beautiful rooms. Ricardo and the staff were fantastic and friendly. We really liked the location too.

Great place. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a car. I don’t think anywhere to stay in the area would be good with a car. However if you don’t have a car this is an excellent location and property. Very clean and spacious with a nice kitchenette that was well stocked.

Clean room, great location, big doors that overlook the street. Exactly like photos. Host was quick to respond and stored our bags hours before check in. Loved it!

Very walkable to the University, local restaurants, and the bus station. Our unit was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Handy to have a kitchenette.

The property was nice . Just had a difficult check in no 72 hour notice to get check in codes had to wait 90 minutes outside till another resident was able to contact someone . He showed that email to expedia had some kind of email failure.

Cozy and clean room with great location close to University and restaurants!

The property was very nice and clean and the host was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. But the host communicated and let me know how to park for free.
