Darren met us at the door and he was so friendly and helpful. Took us to our room. Lovely room. parking outside Breakfast was full scottish breakfast. would stay again.

Darren was an excellent host. Broughty Ferry is a good location for local shops and eateries close to Dundee. Ashley House is how all guest houses should be.

Super-friendly greeting on arrival, good local knowledge for places to eat and drink in the evening, and kind arrangements for early breakfast due to onward ravel plans. Great wi-fi connection throughout as well!

Darren was Fantastic! We arrived tired from the trip and Darren was able to set us up earlier than arrival time. Probably not something he wants published!! Breakfast was great! The place was so clean and wonderfully furnished. I would recommend this place to all!

Great location, amazing breakfast (made to your request) and superb hosts. We only came down from Aberdeen for a few nights, but so looking forward to booking with you both again!

Owners of the Ashley House guest house made me very welcome (made sure I was correctly parked, showed me the room, gave pub/running routes recommendations, etc.). Breakfast was fresh and well-made. A short stay but made very welcome.

Erg aardige en behulpzame gastheer. Ruime kamer, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Vlakbij de kust en een haventje met gezellige bars en restaurants.

Un accueil chaleureux. Une chambre spacieuse, propre et très calme. Un petit déjeuner plus que parfait. Je recommande à 1000%. En prime, le port à quelques centaines de metres et les rues alentours sont tres jolis.
