Instalaciones muy viejas!

Upon check in I was given room 117, the room did NOT have a door Lock just a sliding chain door guard. The neighboring hotel had LOUD guests and music blasting with dunk men talking extremely loud throughout the night. I requested a room change and was informed that there was no more rooms available. EXTREMELY disappointed with tis stay. The following morning I requested a clothing Iron which took 45 minutes for me to receive, mind you I asked to go to the front lobby to pick it up and was denied that option. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel is old and in bad maintained condition, the missing small pieces of ceramic in the pool makes my swimsuit broke, the food at the restaurant is average. You need to leave your ID in exchange for pool towels?? The staff at the front desk is not very friendly.

The hotel rooms are old... they need a huge remodel...

Hotel was very clean. Lots of friendly staff. Room was very clean with good amenities. Buffett breakfast was was hot and plentiful. Seems to be a location involved in the community as there were several groups celebrating something. Volleyball and youth baseball teams were enjoying the pool. The steakhouse was delicious! Looking forward to coming back in the late fall.

Clean room but the hotel is old kkep that on mind

Room was disgusting cockroaches even dead was visible especially in the bathroom and outside the bathroom. Water on the floor. No amenities such as fridge , microwave, ice bucket. The only good part was the restaurant and the morning breakfast

Staff is beyond friendly. Can't rate them high enough.

Expedia said free breakfast, hotel denied breakfast, extra charge for dog and extra person even that I book executive rate $20 dollars extra. At the end paid $115 for a night not worth it for a regular hotel on q Monday

Lots of deferred maintenance in this old property. Bed was ok, but even sheets were old. The “free” breakfast was simple with little taste— the same every morning and separated from elegant brunch for the public. Very strange arrangement.

I loved staying at Armida Hotel. Recently I have noticed how the upkeeping of the rooms is declining. For the first time, I upgraded my room to a King room. The rooms in that area are outdated, toilet seats stained, noisy a/c unit, remote control not compatible with Tv, smell of cigarette and to top all the inconveniences, the bed was hard and VERY uncomfortable. I am sorry to give such a poor review. I chose Armida over many other hotels nearby and I have regretted it since I walked into my room. The only thing that I enjoyed was the delicious restaurant food and their service.
