The bathroom was super small. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean

Staff isjust the best. Always willing to help with a smile. Bad: Smell coming out of the sewers is terrible. Staff mentioned it is an issue all around town. Towels and sheets aren't white anymore. The worst: distance from the toilet to the wall is minimal. 5'10 guy just can't sit straight on the toilet. Shower area is very small, no doors or bathroom curtains. Water goes all over the place while showering.

Parking was tight but available and secure

Needed a quick place to stay in our trip and this is what we were looking for.

El lugar estaba súper limpio y cómodo. Cada persona que trabajó en el mostrador fue profesional y amable. Aquí es donde me quedaré cada vez que vaya a Mérida.

Convenient, easy access, safe. Hard to get transportation after 10 at night. Not impossible just hard

The staffs were courteous and pleasant. Free drink and coffee provided. The rooms are a bit clean. Beds are comfy. It's a safe neighborhood. Not many choices of restaurants and stores are within a walking distance. However, the place is satisfactory.

Outside of the small bathrooms the place is fabulous. It’s only 7 blocks from the main square. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have outside seating. Don’t listen to the reviews about it being in an unsafe area. Me and my son walked it daily and at night as well never had any issues with anyone.

The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They helped us book daily tours that picked us up and dropped us off at the doorstep of the hotel. Only issues were: the restroom smelled like urine. . .we went to the store close by, got gloves and a bottle of bleach and washed the entire restroom, which while it was simple enough, it wasnt something Id say is ideal to have to do when on vacation. The other concern was that when it does rain, there is significant flooding in all the surrpunding streets so we walked in 10 inches of rain water that flooded the streets. So if youre going during the rainy season, be mindful of that. Everything else was good. They had purified water available 24/7, as well as coffee and a microwave. The AC in the rooms was phenomenal. They did have internet, it worked just fine in the desktop/phones. Overall, I would recommend as a decent accommodation, that gets the job done.

El baño horrible ni te puedes sentar en el toilet de tan chico es cómo hospedarse en la cárcel o s as log así.pagamos 7 noches y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel al siguiente día perdiendo los días ya pagados… mala experiencia no recomendable vergüenza ajena.
