Loving the front desk team, good job on the personalization. Got roses & cake on the welcoming gifts from the team & a super nice panoramic view to skyscraper in Central Jakarta + Monas! My only feedback would be: Compared to other luxury hotels, Park Hyatt's weakness can be seen on its amenities. I was staying in a suite room but I got super standard amenities, an old-model hair dryer, super small toothpaste. Calling the operator to ask for more amenities and they only gave me ONE. Hope it could be taken as constructive feedback :)

The atmosphere is too dark, especially in the bathroom, likely due to the black walls and floor. The rest of the room is very luxurious and beautiful.

The hotel atmosphere is very calm, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities are complete.
