It's so much fun, I recommend it for large families. The rooms are spacious, with unlimited drinking water available thanks to the provided dispenser, and the bathrooms are fragrant, clean, and bright. The pillows are also soft and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

A pleasant experience staying with family, the location is right at the intersection of five, the basement parking is spacious, long, clean, the bathroom is also clean, deluxe type, the city view is really beautiful, next to the hotel there are lots of food sellers, I will come here again if I go to Semarang, the staff are friendly.

The hotel is quiet, just like the mall. Check-in is standard, but the receptionist doesn't speak loudly enough. On the third floor, the room is on the same floor as the restaurant. When you want to enter the room, you have to pass through the restaurant, which in my opinion is uncomfortable. The room is small, there are large pillars in the room that reduce the room's space. No view even though there is a window. There are no interesting TV channels, no smart TV yet. Limited amenities. There is a chiller, refillable drinking water dispenser. The AC is cold. Standard food, few choices. Fast checkout. The reception does not accept online food orders. Must be picked up by the driver.

The room is spacious enough, clean and quiet.

The room was extremely dirty, and the noise from outside was very loud. The air conditioner wasn’t working when I arrived, and I had to ask the staff to fix it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at an IBIS hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was easy, the hot water was good, and even though I got a room with a wall view, it was okay, the ambiance inside was comfortable. The breakfast variety was just right, but the porridge was too runny.

The towel is too thin, and basic amenities like shower cap and trash bags are missing. Please don’t remind guests about reducing plastic use cuz’ we use them responsibly. Also, the pillar in the middle makes the “deluxe” room feel cramped with no free space for prayer.
