Small room, no window which we knew on booking Very clean and comfortable for a one night stay Great location

Service from the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small for two people and didn’t look like what we booked. The TV was also very hard to use to connect to mobile. But the room was nice overall.

Fine for one night. Room tiny but has everything you need

I have to say, i loved my stay at the Z hotel. The staff were so friendly, the room was compact but had everything i needed, including hot chocolate and the bed was super comfy. I stayed at the Tottenham Court Road one but it was actually closer to Oxford Street. Just a few mins from Liberty's, Regent Street, the Palladium and Oxford Street. My room was on floor 8 and was super quiet. Very impressed with the room and the price. Well done Z Hotels.

Very small cold room

Hotel was very clean and modern

Just overnite before flight out. Slept most of the visit. Yet nice location.

Property was a good price and in a great location. Rooms could use a few more things, such as an exhaust fan for the shower, and some better storage options. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

The room was super tiny no place to put ur luggage in the room. Literally the bathroom was one step from the bed.

Room was dirty, mattress/bed was so very uncomfortable and the pillows were odd square shapes

The kind and service-minded staff are amazing: receptionists, breakfast cafe waiters, cleaning staff - all make you feel like a guest, not only a customer! This is very special for a budget friendly hotel.

Veldig sentralt. Stille rom (i ukedagene). Hyggelig betjening. Enkel frokost, god kaffe. Veldig små rom, men helt ok om man reiser alene.

Kanon placering og et fint værelse til prisen. Sengen dog for hård til min smag.
