Very comfortable, the staff is very helpful, honestly, I've stayed at other places before, but this time it's really helpful, super duper amazing, the breakfast is delicious, varied, you can leave your things, ask me to keep pempek in the freezer. Best of all, there's a welcome drink, really good for this price, it's the best.

I've stayed here many times when visiting Palembang. The price is reasonable for the facilities. The rooms are modern, with good hot water, a kettle, tea, and coffee available. There's a welcome drink of tea or coffee. Breakfast is decent. It's not far from the city center. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The service is satisfactory. A great spot is on the rooftop.

The reception staff is friendly, even though the wait is a bit long but it's not a problem, I've stayed here twice, and the problem is still the same, the bathroom drain is clogged, and it stays stagnant for a long time, so when I take a shower, my feet are still covered in the puddles from our shower. As for food, well, I don't expect anything, just sometimes I'm confused whether I can ask for an omelet or not, there's no explanation, but some people eat it haha.
