Large room. Location near shopping center.

Maybe we were just unlucky, getting a room that was, who knows? The room looked old, like it hadn't been maintained. The lighting was poor, and the telephone table was dusty and hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the bottom looked like it had been haphazardly painted. Some of the bathroom floor tiles weren't attached, so stepping on them felt like they were about to come off. The toilet's shower jet was so strong it hurt. Even our food on the table was covered in ants, huhu. Luckily, the breakfast was delicious and varied, which helped alleviate some of the disappointment.

Staycation with family in Solo is more comfortable, the facilities are good.

The hotel room was really nice. Luckily, we booked a connecting room yesterday because we were a family. It wasn't very soundproof, but that's understandable since the door to the next room was open. Overall, it was nice and comfortable.

The bedroom was spacious, clean, and had decent soundproofing. The complimentary room was also comprehensive. The staff was friendly and honest. Thank you, Grand Mercure Solo Baru. I recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and nice, but some parts of the bathroom needed repair. The breakfast food at the restaurant was quite varied, but the taste could be improved. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, especially the bellboy who brought my luggage to my room. Thank you for everything.
