The hotel is spacious, well-appointed, and I love the ambiance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. The pool is also fun for the kids to play in. It's beachfront with safe waves for kids to play in. It's close to the hill, so there are plenty of activities to choose from. It's close to Mandalika, so you can see the circuit from the hill. I really like the hotel and its surroundings. I don't like the food; it's really not that great. Please improve it, because no matter how much you like a hotel, if the food isn't good, it's hard to come back. The breakfast menu also lacks variety and taste. There's only one coffee machine, which can lead to long queues during holidays and peak seasons. Please improve the food and breakfast.

Fun. Staff is very friendly, fast, informative. Nice, clean sandy beach road. Clean swimming pool. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast is varied and delicious. So kids friendly.

The mattress is thin, location is far from the city, can't take Grab to pick up guests to the hotel.

Good location in the mandalika area, suitable for those of you who are looking for a place that is not too crowded, has a beautiful private beach with white sand. Kids friendly. Spacious room with traditional wood design but very well maintained, no iron and the bathroom clean but no toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, only bar soap, bath gel, and shampoo. Breakfast is not too much variety, the taste is quite good, order room service pizza and chicken wings which are delicious.

The beach with "paper" sand and magnificent sunset is lovely ♡ Perfect accomodation for family staycation.

the staffs are very helpful and responsive. the local people are really trying hard to sell you their product (it happened when you sit in the beach area). location very near to mandalika circuit. breakfast menu has many options, taste was great. overall, it's a good stay for family with young children. will surely back on the next vacation.

When I arrived at the hotel on October 15, they did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps, cotton buds, and cotton buds. It seems that the cleaning service did not prepare it. When I asked, they argued that they were an environmentally friendly hotel so they did not allow the use of toothpaste. But the next day I checked in with the name Tantry Wati and occupied the junior suite room 232 and it turned out that all the toothbrush and toothpaste needs were prepared. Including complete hand washing soap bars available. The opposite was experienced when on October 15, I occupied room 108.

The staff doesn't speak English, and even tho I can speak bahasa Indonesian they never get the right order, the music at the bar, breakfast, and restaurant was really inappropriate, and too loud. The resort himself is well cleaned and service is good, staff is friendly, massage was one of my best.

Everything was good, staying there for my birthday and got free room upgrade. One thing that make me a little bit down tho is that I was Informed about getting a free complimentary birthday cake while checking in, but since it wasn't the day of my birthday, I asked them to give it the next day on my birthday, I was waiting for it the next day, but it was never come, maybe there 's a miss communication, I'm not sure, but overall I was really enjoying my stay there.

Stayed for 3 nights and everything was wonderful! The hotel beach was quite and nice, close to Kuta if you want crowds, rooms are amazing, the staffs hospitality is unbeatable. Special kudos to Suci, Erna, and Udin.

The hotel is very unique and clean, the distance from the harbor and the crowd is about 2km, but for us who bring small children this is very helpful. For food, there is less variety and in terms of taste it is also lacking. Overall for rest this is very helpful.

The receptionist was brief and accommodating, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable (my favorite spot was the nook by the window). I love how they put many lights in the bathroom so that we could see everything clearly. Please note that the room slippers were not available in the room due to the hotel's policy, so you can ask for them from the receptionist. The view from our room (third floor) was exquisite, and so was the beach. The breakfast was super appetizing and they had various choices from Western to Indonesian cuisine (my favorite were the croissants and blueberry yogurt); You won't run out of options here. We really enjoy our stay here. Thank you, Novotel Lombok!
