The location is nice, the room is okay, but the linens are quite old and stained. The curtains, bed linens, and pillows need changing. The towels are old and torn. It's acceptable.

The staff, especially the lovely lady with glasses, were incredibly enthusiastic. The cleanliness was good, and the rooms were beautiful and spacious. I really liked that the pool seemed to be unused. The location is a bit tiring to walk to, but it's close enough by motorbike. It's easy to get to beaches like My Khe, but it's a bit far to Hoi An. I highly recommend this place! 😘

I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights, the book room will, but during my stay, I asked the reception several times to clean the room for me, but they only changed towels, did not clean the room.
