The staff was friendly, the location is very convenient too

A fantastic experience! There was a slight odor when I went in, so I opened the window to let it dissipate. The bathtub was excellent, with hot water. The smart TV, bed, and pillows were just the right firmness. Except for the water spray system leaking when it hit the showerhead, everything else was great. One more thing: the counter only accepts cash or credit cards. They don't accept QR codes or online banking.

The staff is very helpful. The business area is superb. Food and entertainment are just around the corner.

We received a voucher for a meal at Sushi Zanmai! The room was clean and complete with all amenities. It has been my go to hotel in Sibu.

Went for a business trip, overall room is very clean and medium size spacious, all amenities are provided except ironing board. One thing I like about the room is the TV, able to connect YouTube for movies.

All good so far, friendly and helpful staff.

Overall stay was decent. The only setback is the room does not support WiFi. You'll need to use own phone data. Nice bed and comfortable pillows.

No refrigerator, no soap, room is stuffed.
