I recommend the Legundi type room.. We checked in as a family of 4 adults and 2 children in the Legundi type room, the room is 2 floors so it is comfortable and super spacious, I recommend this hotel.. For those who gave bad reviews before, I was a bit confused because during our stay it was very comfortable and the staff was also friendly, if you want to come here, bring complete supplies so you don't have to go out because once you stay here you will be lazy to go out of the hotel again, the hotel is super spacious, we checked in on a weekday so the hotel was quiet, it felt like we booked the entire hotel area for us and our family alone, it was great

The price should include breakfast, so please renovate it, paint it and the play area, it looks like it's not being looked after. It's a shame.

The staff is very friendly, but the only thing lacking in the room facilities is that they should provide soap, toothbrushes and small toothpaste... and the room is a bit small but it's clean... and the TV signal, if possible, could be improved.

There were stains on the bedsheets, the wifi wasn't very good, there was a kind of smell, I don't know what it was... with that price, the facilities, even though I had already booked the room, I was still waiting for it to be prepared even though it was already afternoon... the service needs to be improved.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The facilities are spacious and complete, but they're not well maintained. The location is quite far from the main road. The beach is surrounded by coral reefs, so it's not suitable for playing with children. It's a good escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This hotel is overpriced! It doesn't deserve to be called a resort, it's more like a guesthouse. There are no access facilities to water rides or the beach, it's the same as general visitors who are miles away. Regret staying here. Old building, with that price it really doesn't meet expectations.

So sorry, a very unpleasant experience here. The room was damp, I got itchy and after checking it turned out to be bed mites. The TV didn't work. The toilet was damp. The playground was not well maintained. Most of the food was MSG. The taste was also lacking. The hotel staff was not friendly. So bad 🙏

It's a shame that the hotel has such a nice view and the views are so beautiful but it's not supported by a good manager and there's no update on the payment, it has to be cash, not qris or an EDC machine, it's not very difficult. The room was very, very unclean and gave the impression that it had not been taken care of, lots of small tenacious ants, even cockroaches, where I asked to clean it but it kept coming back. Please pay special attention to management.

It's expensive, it's not worth it like Oyo, then there are a lot of additional fees and so on. Don't come here again. The room isn't really bad, the floor is sticky, the room view is really bad, like Oyo, the price is almost 800, it's really not worth it.

Check in langsung 2 kamar, view bagus, service seluruh crew ramah, kamar lumayan luas. Pemandangan langsung samudra hindia dan anak krakatau. In syaa allah balik lagi kesini karena ga terlalu jauh dari bakahueni.
