Very comfortable hotel and green plants, delicious breakfast, good hospitality, there is an iron and hairdryer which is very useful, there is a coffee machine in the room, I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay at this hotel again.

It was a great stay, but I accidentally booked the wrong room because the Studio 25 and Studio 28 were listed at the same price. I originally wanted to book Studio 28. Perhaps the pricing on the OTA could be adjusted or simplified, as having too many similar prices can be confusing for users when choosing a room.

All good, but for a hotel with that price, breakfast isn't a buffet, but per person. Hopefully the price can be adjusted, and if it remains the same, perhaps the breakfast menu will be improved.

Restaurant staff very responsive

Strategic location in the middle of the city and easy to reach to the city center according to needs and goals. So it makes it very easy.

The hotel room is quite small for a 4/5 stars hotel, and the restaurant is quite small as well. The main course is made by order, not buffet style, due to limited space. Overall, the hotel is good and the only hotel who give a wine for welcome drink.

It’s a great hotel at Kuningan area, strategic location if you have any plan to visit mega Kuningan area with limited budget However, they only give you one key for every room, so it’s very hard to keep the electricity keep on. Then, when I come to my room, the sink is broken but we can’t change the room. Luckily, it’s fixed by the mechanic but I have to wait for couples of minutes. The internet also very slow, so I keep using my own network. They also have rooftop Bar & Restaurants, and don’t forget to check the gym facilities.

I often stay at Artotel Casa Mega Kuningan, and it never fails to impress. The rooms are great, though I prefer the space of the Studio 28 for two people. Studio 25 is fine for one or a couple, and the bathrooms are a good size in both. The breakfast is great with a good selection and some imaginative dishes like the smashed Spanish omelette, plus the coffee is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bar on the roof is good for a sundowner or after-dinner drink. Billy the barman is a great asset.

minimal parking facilities. When it rains, the staff does not offer umbrellas. Lack of initiative seeing my wife who is heavily pregnant and carrying 1 child and belongings. For a nice, clean room, unfortunately there is no water kettle, so you can't boil water. Good breakfast, just don't like the breakfast that orders the main course.

When checking out, I was suddenly charged for soju, I didn't even bother holding it, let alone opening it and drinking it. Seriously, I was trapped.
