Pros: comfortable place, and one with nature, clean and new building. Weaknesses: the bed sheet/bed cover smells like it hasn't been replaced, but the clerk said there was no replacement. A small water heater for a capacity of 4 people (2 people are still not enough for a normal shower) in the morning a little noisy from the sound of a motorbike (understandable because it is right close to the incline).
