The hotel staff is friendly, the place is relaxing, clean, and comfortable.

The place is nice, it's very close to Nimo Highlands and looking for food. However, at night when you want to enter the hotel, please add more lighting.

Booked for a short getaway with the kids. Chose this hotel because of its horse riding activities and its location on a Ranch. I was a bit surprised when I first arrived because it was very quiet in the lobby with no receptionist, instead there were many guests sleeping on the lobby sofas? The floor was also dirty, maybe because it's on a Ranch, the outside is dirt and goes straight into the lobby. And the most surprising thing was that the building still uses wood on the second floor so it's not soundproof, you can hear any sound. Then I got a room with a faulty toilet, the water tank wasn't filling. The only information I got to the receptionist was "they'll check it later," but no one came to fix it until check out. The water flow was also sometimes very small, and the hot water didn't come out when I wanted to take a shower in the morning. So for those who can't handle cold showers, it's better to think twice about staying here. The cleanliness is also very lacking. You can order fried rice for breakfast starting from 25,000 Rupiah, but don't expect anything from the taste. So the only advantage of this hotel is the activities, you can ride horses for 20,000 Rupiah. In the morning there were cows and goats too, the kids were happy.

The bathroom water was very small, the water heater rarely worked, the hotel lobby was not kept clean, there was a lot of dry dirt in the lobby. The water faucet to change the shower setting was broken, making it difficult because we had to pull the bolt. The TV had no remote, the excuse was that the remote was broken. For the deluxe price of 600 thousand rupiah, we really regretted staying here. The small room had no mirror, the door was broken so if the child kept going out the door couldn't be closed. The receptionist was often not there. This is not worthy of being called a hotel.

The bedroom floor was sandy, and at 11 p.m., some were still playing on the second floor, jumping, screaming, and climbing down the stairs. The door and ceiling of the first floor were shaking. The second floor had brought their children, whose screaming could be heard in their rooms, making it impossible to sleep. The sound on the video was shaking the ceiling and lights.
