Horrifying... the AC was cool and there was an elevator. The rest was absolutely horrific. For around 200,000 Rupiah per night, there was no TV. The hallway was dirty and smelly, probably hadn't been mopped in months. The room was damp and smelly. The mattress reeked of urine. Super bonus: the mattress was super bad quality. Sitting down hurt my back, and sleeping hurt my whole body. Since we arrived at 11 PM, it was ridiculous to have to move somewhere else. The longest night of my life... Actually, it wouldn't have been a problem if it was a boarding house; we often move, but this particular boarding house was the worst. The cleanliness was absolutely zero. It wasn't maintained at all.

The price is cheap, but this accommodation is poorly maintained. It's like a dirty boarding house. It lacks the amenities of a hotel.

I'm really sorry, overall it was good, but it was a shame that the shower in room 539 that I stayed in had very little water coming out, and the water temperature was very hot even though it was set to warm and changed to normal temperature, it only got hotter. The sink was also small, and the faucet head was broken.

This is the first time I've had a room that was a bit lacking in my opinion, in terms of the clothes hanger on the door coming off, the mattress was quite saggy, and the toilet had to be opened and closed first before the water could be quite big.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quite spacious, with complete amenities. The service was friendly and responsive, the hotel's location was strategic, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I was satisfied with the service provided.

The mattress is ugly, noisy, and small too.

Upon check-in, the staff who was supposed to be on duty was absent and the empty reception desk was left, leaving me to wait 2 hours for check-in. I had to contact the call center app and the cove before it was processed, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes, even though I didn't check in outside the designated check-in time. I even tried to confirm the check-in day before by phone, but there was no response. Then, my electricity token suddenly ran out, and there were ants in the room. On the second day, I was told to move rooms, claiming they were going to be painted. If the room wasn't ready to be rented out, why was it still open for rent? It was a very bad experience and I won't be returning there again.

The toilet is leaking and the room is full of mosquitoes

The room was not very clean, when I entered the room the bed was messy as if it had been used but not cleaned, I changed to another room but the mattress was the same, bad, the sheets, blanket and towels were dirty as if they had not been looked after.

Suitable for backpackers... Actually, overall it's okay, but the access inside is narrow... There's an elevator so you won't get tired.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are remnants of their former glory, meaning many of the facilities seem to have been good but are now outdated. The Wi-Fi speed fluctuates, but it's good enough for gaming because the ping is low. I stayed for two nights, and the trash pick-up was too late, so it was quite messy to see the cat messing around in the room.

No parking is available. Parking is for boarders only. Very dirty and the staff is unfriendly. After checking in, I immediately checked out because I couldn't get parking and wasn't offered a solution. Wi-Fi is available, but it doesn't work; there's no signal.

The room booked did not match the picture, the building was dirty and messy, the bedsheet had cigarette holes and smelled of sweat.

The bed needs to be replaced.. It feels like I'm just sleeping on a spring.. It just makes my body ache...
