It was truly a pleasant experience. The capsules were clean, tidy, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day of traveling. Most impressively, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Despite the capsule concept, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again. Recommended! 👍

When we checked in, towels weren't prepared in the room. So we had to ask for them first. It also seemed like the area under the mattress hadn't been swept. Because it was dirty. There were some tissue marks and strands of hair.

Everything was great, my two-night stay at Miko was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the security guard was also nice and helped me find a Gojek. It's close to Alfamart and restaurants, so it's easy to find food. Fully air-conditioned, hot water, fragrant, and clean. I booked the room the day before and got a cheap price of only 100,000 rupiah per night. It was a really good experience for me, a first-time visitor to Surabaya alone.
