The view is very good, the place is so comfy!!!

Very comfortable and sensational, very delicious with delicious coffee and a complete minimarket, as well as officers who are ready to accompany you 25 hours.

The room is nice, very spacious so it's safe to open and close your suitcase with lots of luggage ⭐️ The amenities are quite complete with comfortable facilities, a beautiful swimming pool. From the room the view directly shows 3 iconic KL: Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Saloma Bridge, truly beautiful.

Overall good, the hotel reception staff are not friendly and do not smile when serving guests.

It's the best, recommended for those who want to travel with lots of activities at the hotel, good service.

Would definitely come back and stay here again. The room is spacious, the Wi-Fi is smooth, bathroom floor bit slippery but overall it was a great experience to stay here. Oh, and the pool and the view make this a 5-star experience. ⭐

Maybe the way to manage check-in can be improved further.

The hotel is quite close to KLCC, downstairs there is a Bila Bila minimarket, the view is very cool, the swimming pool is also very nice, in the room there is a refrigerator, dining table, washing machine, kitchen set, the room is spacious enough for 4 people, and there is water that can be drunk directly, so it is quite economical, check in and check out is easy, in front of the hotel there is also a cafe, and not far from the restaurant.

Overall, it's OK, but it's quite a walk to KLCC. Oh yeah, there's a RM 200 deposit at check-in, which is refunded upon checkout. The deposit must be paid in cash, so be sure to have cash on hand.

The room is very big. The price is 600 thousand per night without breakfast, which is very good. Strategic location.

It is quite disappointing that a hotel this nice lacks proper hospitality and attention to guest comfort. There was no hairdryer or slippers provided, and the TV in my room was not functioning properly as the screen remained completely dark. I had already contacted the hotel regarding these issues, but unfortunately nothing was resolved until the day I checked out. I also noticed that social media mentioned the hotel provides a washing machine, but in reality there was none available. In addition, there was no telephone in the room to contact the hotel directly—only a WhatsApp number, and the responses were very slow.

The staff service is not good, cleanliness is very poor, there are many problems with the bathroom.
