The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Strategic location, clean, tidy, comfortable, good facilities, affordable price, recommended for a long stay.

Booked 2 rooms, but was given 1 room. Just got another room after protesting here and there with a very, very slow response. Ruining your holiday mood, give up on using apps. The deposit money also took a very long time to be returned, the promise was 1-5 days after CO, in fact it took 1 week after being asked several times. Don't give up anymore.

Pelayanan travelio sangat baik dan fast respon, memang kalau menginap di apartemen kita self service, tidak tersedia coffee/teh/gula, tetap ada teko listrik, perabotan dapur, kompor jadi bisa masak sendiri tetapi di apartemen ini untuk akses terbatas, kita tidak leluasa masuk ke apartemen karena akses masuk lobby dan pencet lantai di lift harus dengan finger print petugas security.

Checkin time at 15.00 was too late, there was a claim for damage to goods that happened not because of me. Please improve service.

Akomodasi sesuai gambar, tapi tidak bisa daftar finger print karena waktu check in sudah sore, sehingga keluar masuk harus minta bantu security.
