Actually a bit forced honest review, but for the sake of better service in the future I will review honestly because it's a shame the room is quite good but the service is lacking. Starting from the request for early check in which was approved via WA at 13.00 but in the end I came to the location at 13.30 until 14.00 WA chat checklist 1 and the phone was not active ... waiting in the basement even to receive the key for 3 hours. Just entered the room and received the apartment key at 16.30 (imagine waiting 3 hours in the basement how hot it is) continued with the problem in the room where the wifi was very slow. There was no cellphone signal because I got a room on the top floor on the 30th floor. My bad luck did not stop there, the next day while cooking breakfast suddenly the gas ran out at 8 am. Confirmation to the admin via WA was told to wait until 10 because Transmart had just opened (there I was okay because I was lazy to argue) ending until checkout at 1 pm the gas was not delivered to the room. So it would be a shame if this kind of service is repeated in the future. Just imagine, knowing that someone wants to check in, the admin's cellphone is not active. Where is the professionalism? Hopefully it will be better in the future. Thank you

The room smells good, the bathroom is clean, toothbrush + towel are provided, there is soap and handwash, there are cutlery too. Basically, it is really worth it for that price, if you want to buy necessities, just go to the mall across the street.
