This seems like an exclusive boarding house. The rooms are fairly clean, but the sheets have a brownish hue.
The bathroom is quite clean, and drinking water is available.
Parking is very limited for those bringing a car.
I only learned after reading reviews that the deposit is quite large, 400,000 Rupiah. Oddly enough, the guy on duty simply said, "You'll get it when you check out," without providing any proof.
So, if you're planning to stay here, don't forget to ask for a deposit receipt.
