stayed two nights, the room was not cleaned, other towels were not replaced

This seems like an exclusive boarding house. The rooms are fairly clean, but the sheets have a brownish hue. The bathroom is quite clean, and drinking water is available. Parking is very limited for those bringing a car. I only learned after reading reviews that the deposit is quite large, 400,000 Rupiah. Oddly enough, the guy on duty simply said, "You'll get it when you check out," without providing any proof. So, if you're planning to stay here, don't forget to ask for a deposit receipt.

The receptionist was smoking, wearing t-shirt, demand 400.000 rupiah deposit without receipt and the day after trying to pay back only 350.000 rupiah. Clearly that staffer was having his own business on the side scamming. He needs to be fired.

For the room it's ok But the service is really lacking, the room wasn't cleaned even though it was 4 nights and the deposit was deducted just because the mattress was a little dirty In the afternoon the room wasn't cleaned

Emergency needed. I didn’t plan to stay here, but it’s already late and I need a room to rest after my day's work. I am not from Jakarta anyway. I choose this because it feels comfortable and calm, everything is good. But if I can request, please decrease the price for guests that already late check-in and need to rest. Thank you.
