The staff is friendly, but the water is really small 🙏

It's quite clean and comfortable. It's affordable, and it's very close to TSM.

- When we arrived, the room was newly prepared, but the sheets hadn't been changed, so I asked for them. - The AC wasn't cooling. - There was a prolonged power outage, so I was forced to leave the hotel because it was hot and dark. - The room was quite large.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during the check in process. Came here for a business trip from the office.

Service needs to be improved. When I arrived, towels and toiletries were not provided.

The hotel is nice to stay in, but they don't provide drinking water and no wifi either.

The water is small enough to flush the toilet, but it's ok for bathing.

It's not bad, the room AC isn't cold

Creepy, maybe because it's an old hotel, I stayed there because I was tempted by the cheap price.

The AC remote doesn't work, the room boy even said to turn it off using the button on the AC unit. Absurd! A hotel with boarding house service! Asked to change rooms, but I was the one who was told to go to the receptionist, is this room sold without checking its functions first?

The bedsheets & pillowcases were a bit dirty & a bit smelly. There was only 1 TV channel, inews. Asked for a change of towels, said thank you but his face was not friendly & he just kept quiet.

So far it's comfortable and easy to stay here

The toilet can't be flushed, the water is too hot, the AC is leaking.

Rooms are clean and spacious. It's just that the room furniture is quite old.

There is a price for quality. Lack of air freshener. Bathroom freshener like special bathroom camphor. Same as the AC remote is not stored in the room. When I arrived in the room, I was forced to buy air freshener, special bathroom camphor and bathroom freshener.

The room area is quite spacious, the parking area is spacious. The first impression when entering the room area is that it smells too musty/cigarette, the light is very dim, the only electrical outlet is near the TV. There is no drinking water, toothbrush, only soap. The door lock is like a toilet door handle, when the lights go out in the morning.
