The room was spacious, fragrant, beautiful, and fully equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and there were also marts and convenience stores open until late at night. The price was also reasonable. I booked a studio room for 2 days and 1 night for less than 500k VND. This is my second time booking a room at Amy, and I'm extremely satisfied! I will definitely come back and choose Amy as my accommodation in the future! I recommend it to tourists visiting Hue and couples! 10 out of 10!

Room quality is degraded, walls are moldy and peeling. Toilets and kitchens are not cleaned properly, moldy. Car rental service does not meet customer requirements.

I rented a 3-bedroom apartment, but 1 room had a lot of fine dust and it was difficult to sleep at night because it was so dusty. The remaining rooms are quite good. The bedding also felt not very clean. The staff is also enthusiastic and friendly.

The apartment is only for initial check-in, there is no cleaner to change the bed sheets every day. Book 4 days. Small room, overall feels normal. It's like renting a motel to live on your own.
