staff werent very smart. i think naming system also fcked up. if you dont understand western name system enough just use normal = first name - middle name - surname. trying to switch surname in the front makes your staff sounds not smart. tired being called by middle name which they should see on my email that i use my first name? what a weirdo. its very offensive

The location is clean, and the staff are all very helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the interior facilities is a bit outdated for the price I paid for.

One word for w bali - seminyak hotel "amazing"

The 8.9 million room does not include breakfast. The key to enter the room could not be used, had to wait 2 hours for the technician to fix it. In the toilet, when urinating, the water leaks out from the bottom. For the price of 8.9 million without breakfast, you will still be charged for consuming pringles.

Great service, excellent view. They upgraded my room from garden view to ocean view. Will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed the experience of staying at W Bali - Seminyak, it was very pleasant starting from a good hotel according to what we expected, the service of the hotel staff was super friendly, the breakfast menu was delicious and of course all the facilities from this hotel were very good
