Clean hotel, friendly staff, everything is satisfying

Keadaan bilik yang bersih, peralatan mandi disediakan, syampoo rambut, sabun mandi dan berus gigi. Kipas dan aircond ada, hanya pelanggan saja boleh memilih untuk guna atau tidak kerana suasana sejuk. Penyambut tetamu peramah, masa daftar keluar juga senang, Saya keluar waktu awal pagi, 3 pagi kerana ada urusan di KLIA. Terima kasih staff Golden Lodge.

The room is very cosy and clean. The staff are really nice. The environment is serene and calm. Shops and eating places are within the walking distance.

The accommodation was extremely clean and fairly easy to find. The location which is a stone 's throw from town was added advantage. The room capture the ambient of coziness which is delightful. The staff was friendly and accommodative. Will definitely frequent the place again.

Noisy with people outside room.

Parking is ok, rooms are ok, everything is ok and suitable for single people if you want to stay simple but perfect.

Service and cleanliness are so bad. Room still have garbage inside the bathroom and dusty.

Theirs staffs so friendly, and the location of this guest house so strategic. I can easily get food and I can go to 7e easily just by walking. If I go to cameron again, definitely I stay at this guest house.

Very privacy and comfort also no noise from other guest.

I called before book the room. Asking is it permissible for 5 person stay at room than can occupied 4 person. Then they said yes. When I arrived, they ask for rm50 for extra person. RM50 without any extra mattress given. I ask why in the policy given by email not state anything and why not informing me when I make a call before booking. They said they just don't know who pick up the call. They keep asking me to pay or just look for another hotel. So I decide to cancel the booking because of the bad behaviour of their receptionist.

We had a pleasant stay at the guest house. Staff were very friendly.

They serve us with very kind, friendly, fast respond. Facilities are also complete. The beds are comfortable, clean, there is also a nice balcony to relax and chat. It's just that the bathroom for the hot water does not flame, the faucet also. But it's fine lah. Great!
