Phòng ốc sạch đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình - dễ thương lắm. Mìbh có duyên gặp được chú chủ ks, chú nice lắm luôn. Sẽ lựa chọn nơi này trong những chuyến đi tới. (Mình ở Savio Villa - Hoàng Hoa Thám)

Ban đầu đặt ở đây nhưng bị đổi sang savio villa nằm hơi xa trung tâm. Book 3 ngày nhưng chỉ cấp nước uống, kem đánh răng dùng cho 1 ngày. Hơi kì cục tại đi nhiều khách sạn thì họ đều cấp mới hàng ngày

Đây là lần đầu mình book ở đây. Và mình cũng đánh giá cao dịch vụ của ksạn. Các bạn staff chăm sóc khách hàng dễ thương và chu đáo. Mình cũng gửi lời cảm ơn tới bác bv trực ca đêm đã tận tình dắt xe cho tụi mình 🥹 Ksan luôn dọn phòng mỗi ngày nên sau mỗi buổi đi chơi về tụi mình luôn có một cảm giác thoải mái. Giá hạt rẻ mà phòng ốc tiện nghi. Mình sẽ quay lại ạ 🥰

The place is right in the center, very nice, the staff and owner are very nice, the room is clean

The hotel is located in the central area & right on the main road, convenient for calling a car. Near the hotel there is a large laundromat & places to eat. The rooms are clean, exactly like the hotel photos. The support staff is good, whatever support I need, they can do it, it's amazing. My family went with 2 adults & 1 baby. I feel very satisfied & will come back next time.

All the service is good and their staff are kind, humble, helpful, and friendly. The hotel isn't big but cozy, the room so comfort have big area also good view too

Clean hotel, close to the center

The room is spacious and quite clean. When I first entered the room, it had a bit of a smell because I checked in early so the smell probably hadn't gone away yet, the next day it was completely gone. Nice staff, especially the male who worked the evening shift during the few days I was there, was very attentive and enthusiastically supported me.

The hotel has 2 branches, please pay attention when booking to avoid making the same mistake as me. The room is spacious, there is a cleaning lady every day. The receptionists were super cute (when I needed a fan and an iron, they helped) and because it was my first time booking a room, I asked 7,749 questions - on messenger, but they still gave me very good advice. The hotel is right in the center so it's convenient to travel. Overall, 10 points. If I come back, I will still choose DAVIO HOUSE

It's truly meaningful to have such a wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, everything is worth a try. Whoever comes here books a room here, I think it's very reasonable. I wish the hotel to develop more and hope to come back one day❤️

The hotel is decorated in soothing color tones, has an elevator, full hot water, TV and Netflix so you can relax at home 🤣🤣 The room is on the street so it's a bit noisy with traffic. If you don't open the window, the room is a bit stuffy. no fan. Cute staff

Advantages: convenient location, large room, large mirror, TV with netflix, super hot water, daily housekeeping, 2 cute male staff Disadvantages: no soundproofing, bed a bit hard, no water bottled water (home has boiled water in a glass bottle but I can't drink it), the lights in the room are flashing => stayed 2 nights but I couldn't sleep => Still a great place to stay if you don't I have difficulty sleeping like me

The hotel has good service, the location is easy to find and convenient to travel, the staff is agile and attentive. However, there are a few points that need improvement: one light in the room is flickering, causing discomfort; The hot and cold water system has very mixed temperatures, with the same valve opening level, but sometimes it's burning hot, sometimes it's just warm; One night we ran out of cold water but the staff didn't know, so we had to call and wait nearly an hour to get cold water; There is no hotline number available in the room. If you need to report something, you have to go to the front desk.

- Location: front of Phan Dinh Phung street. Near Mrs. Hung's Grilled Nem, Banh Mi Pan,... Compared to the market, it's not too far, if you drive, it's considered close. - Space: Comfortable reception lobby. I booked the lowest room category but the room was still very nice, just like the pictures posted on traveloka. Modern color tone, minimalist but beautiful interior. - Receptionist is friendly and agile. - There is a parking space for guests' motorbikes, in front of the hotel and the staff will arrange them themselves.
