My first experience staying at this hotel. I booked a standard room, but once I realized I wanted a deluxe room, I upgraded to a deluxe. I'll miss this place—it's comfortable, cool, with friendly staff, and a great location. It was a memorable Eid al-Fitr holiday and anniversary experience 💯

The staff were all friendly, the check-in process was easy, but the atmosphere was a bit creepy.. maybe because it's an old hotel.. I returned to the hotel at 11 pm and it felt quiet on the 4th floor 🫣 But it's okay, at least it can relieve the fatigue from the trip

Nice, beautiful, and clean hotel. The only downside was that the elevator was broken even though our room was on the 4th floor.

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, just a little damp and cold because the valley is already cold without air conditioning. The hallway is too dimly lit so it looks dark. Hopefully this can be improved further.
