the hotel is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the sandwich for breakfast is very good. the hotel is close to sun plaza and there are many restaurants near the hotel, just need to walk a short distance.

Really good place to stay because it's close to Sa Pa station, but the hotel is in the alley so not all drivers will drop us in front of the hotel. Overall, I love to stay here because of the view and the price is affordable. Staff also helpful (they bring our luggage to the 4th floor without asking). The room is also clean but a bit small.

very accommodating Let us stay in the lobby even after our check in hours as we are waiting for our sleeper bus. Food was yummy and staff are very friendly.

Ms. Diep and Vu supported me a lot during my stay. <10 points for service style> The room is in a nice location but I went during a foggy period so I couldn't see anything. The room seemed a bit old <I think the price of 500k is reasonable> and not cleaned yet. The hotel is located at the bottom of a slope so it's quite inconvenient for the elderly and children to move around. Breakfast includes instant noodles or egg bread served in the room. In short, with a price range of around 500k ~ 800k, this is a good hotel compared to the price range. The service style is very good, many other high-end hotels have to learn

Clean hotel, enthusiastic staff

The staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel is at the bottom of the slope so it's a bit difficult to get around. Basically ok. The bed has a heated bed for the cold winter, which is quite nice. The breakfast is basic, nothing special. The window view is quite chill.

Such a comfy and lovely place to stay in Sapa, because all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I am very happy to share my experience staying at The Upper House Sapa. The atmosphere is calm, the service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is delicious, I recommend the sandwich. The room is large and clean, equipped with warm blankets and a water heater.

For access quite close to the city center, you can try using a paid shuttle bus to the hotel if you are tired of walking around. The price is also cheap for transportation and hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is easy to find, near by a lot of places and easy access (walk, car, ride). The room is so nice, cozy and pretty large. From the balcony you can see a good view. The receptionist is so kind willing to help with anything. Highly recommended!
