Great spot to stay in France

Fantastic staff - every single one friendly, smiling and helpful!

The hallways and room carpet is very dated and stained … some staff were good and others just weren’t.

The hotel is in a great location being just around the corner from a metro station so getting around is easy small enough to care for you but big enough for a swimming pool and spa the breakfast is very good the rooms are small but how much time do you really spend in them when you are exploring the city Will definitely return here as I found it very convenient and comfortable

This was great , staff was great, spa was great etc. what wasn't great is the lack of privacy if your room is on the first floor. I will avoid that next time.

Greatest hotel staff you will ever come across. So attentive, friendly and really kind people. Stunning hotel. We had the duplex room which was great but no window view so I wouldn’t recommend, it felt like an attic. The spa facilites were amazing as well. However, there was no explaining on how to use the spa area. It will be great if they had instructions because one of the guests asked me how to use the steam room and I was quite unsure. I wouldn’t rate cleanliness of the room very well as when I arrived, one of the bathroom in our room was dirty, I used the towel to clean it. I think there also needs be like a room spray for the toilet as there is no windows and you can’t let any fresh air in when you use the toilet. Also our room floor was not mopped at all while we stayed there, they do brush the floor though but no mopping. My socks were dirty every day I walked around the room. Breakfast was good, good selection but shame we didn’t get any proper French baguettes or proper pain au chocolat or croissants, you couldn’t toast your bread. I was very happy that I could have decaf coffee. A few times during breakfast I found dirty cups. I don’t think the breakfast is worth the 21€ per person though. Overall I had a great time and definitely would come back again !!

Hôtel très bien situé proche de la place d'Italie. Beaucoup de charme, facilement accessible en bus. Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée, donnant sur une jolie cour. Nous avons apprécié le calme. Personnel très attentionné. Petit déjeuner varié et très copieux. Le spa est un plus que nous avons aussi bien apprécié en fin de journée.

Everyone was so friendly and the hotel is well situated so that it’s easy to get on a bus or metro to go anywhere in Paris! The room and bathroom were a bit small, but I suppose that is to be expected in Paris. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Clean and classy, amazing small spa and pool, totally worth the splurge 💗

Would recommend. The room, though small, had a nice sized shower, which was a main concern of mine. The carpets could do with some steam cleaning, but generally everything in the room felt clean and comfortable, including the bed. The staff were all very friendly and spoke French and English. I enjoyed having a glass of wine in the quiet courtyard (though there are rooms all around so a touch awkward). I did quite enjoy the spa, though it would've been nice if the floors were wiped down between sessions and old towels removed more frequently. Generally though, it was really nice to have several different spa stations to rotate between. The location of the hotel felt really safe as a solo female traveller, and great access to transit and restaurants. I was happy to have stayed here.

C'est petit hôtel entrenu avec bcp de charme, au calme dans Paris, offrant une belle qualité de services pas très loin de la ligne 6 du métro qui vous offre une belle diversités de visites de monuments dans Paris, c'est top. Le créneau piscine avec enfant est une bonne idée mais pour les parents le hammam et le sauna ne sont pas à température à 8h du matin ; dommage.

Nice hotel. However, we experienced a lack of attention from the cleaning staff. For example, there were 3 of us in the room, but one day there were only 2 large towels. When a coffee machine is provided - and again there are 3 in the room, there should naturally be coffee and coffee cream for 3 people. Not for 2. Good breakfast buffet.

Amazing hotel, a short walk from three metro stations. It was half hour from Gare du Nord, and half hour from the Eiffel Tower. The small double room was small but perfect for a couple, with all the amenities you could need from a hotel room including AC. The decor is very Art Deco which we loved. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgable and spoke English. There is an amazing spa and small pool, one of the nicest we’ve ever visited.

I enjoyed my stay and if I ever come back to Paris I would stay here again. Highly recommend for some relaxation
