Great staff. Smaller boutique hotel had thenfeel.of personal service

The staff was courteous and friendly. The restaurant manager was very helpful with his recommendations. The reception staff was friendly and professional.

We had a panoramic ocean view room, which was very nice and clean. It was located directly under the rooftop bar and you could hear chairs being dragged in the evening and again at 7 am. The view was amazing and made everything worth it. The service was ok. The roof top bar was beautiful, but the music was super loud. We tried to have dinner on the 1st floor but we sat there for 10 min with no one helping us. We ultimately ordered room service and the food was just ok. I would stay again, but would plan to eat elsewhere.

Overall everything was up to expectation.Specially the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property is great. The breakfast was good, very tasty, no stomach issues, room service was amazing. The staff is very friendly, but there were some difficulties in communication in English, but nothing too crazy. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, clean room, nice cocktails on the rooftop bar

Nice hotel with great views. There is a roof top bar where you can have a drink and see the sunset. However one night was ruined by a noisy drunken party in the function room below our room, which went on to late in the night. It was the Staff annual gathering. Very loud and disturbed a number of guests who complained. Not handled well by management. They said it would finish soon, but the party kept going. One of the guests went in and turned the music off! Management offered little in compensation. Would not stay here again.

Nice location, clean hotel and affordable.

Great 3 nights stay here before we left Colombo. Rooms are bit smaller but very clean and comfortable. There is no parking in front so getting in and out of taxis is bit challenging. Staff were very friendly during our stay. Will come again 😊

Good condition and close to city area

I have stayed here previously just after it 1st opened, in my opinion it has improved to what is a excellent standard. The young reception staff are exceptionally helpful, i was late arriving checking in, at matter of minutes and i was in my room

Excellent service. We had a better experience than the 5-star hotels we stayed in during our holiday. Every staff was excellent / Very welcoming place. Will stay again
