No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel. Breakfast is wonderful.

Comfortable room, great location.

This clean and comfortable hotel is a little tough to enter by car as it is located in a very busy shopping and restaurant district with no dedicated adjacent spaces. There is a parking garage (Parking Souterrain Saint-Paul on Google Maps) 190 meters northwest on Rue Muzene and I highly recommend driving directly to it and walking to the hotel for check in. Once inside, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were impressed that our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with one of the larger bathrooms we've seen during our trip. Worth the extra work in finding, so check your email prior to check-in for arrival instructions especially if you should arrive after 10pm.

This hotel is located in a very central location. The tram is close and most sightseeing is a short walk. The room was adequate and the staff very polite and helpful.

Great place

Staff very welcomiong and attentive.. They made a special effort for Martin's gluten free breakfast. The room was very pleasing.

This is a nice little in-town hotel with good value. But the Expedia listing indicated that there would be electric car charging when there was not. There is charging several blocks away, but the problems of getting the charging going was significant and wasted several hours. In my opinion, the hotel should not claim electric charging--unless it noted that is nearby.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only tricky part was we weren't sure if we would be arriving late (after 22:00) and communicating prior was difficult since I do not speak French. Luckily we arrived prior to 22:00 and the staff spoke English and were very friendly and welcoming.

The location, near to the old town is perfect. It’s a small hotel but friendly with a great breakfast.
